Party Planning No Undies.

Lucas and Mike were planning a party and all the people from my High School were going to be there. As they started showing up, Lucas started to panic. He started saying that the party was never going to work and this was a stupid idea. I grabbed their hands and said, "We can do this!" Then I realized that I was wearing a skirt and no underwear and I was worried that maybe I had not been careful about how I was sitting.

Going back

Went to visit Hawaii and ran into Bill and Wendi and Kelsey and Morgan. We went to their house and Kelsey was really old and didn't remember me but it was still great to see her. Wendi mentioned that their current nanny was quitting so they were looking for a new one and I said I would be their nanny and they agreed. I was so excited to go back.

Drug Run

I went to buy medicine from a neighbor's house and the cops were watching her. They thought I was there to buy drugs and as I stood on the porch waiting for her to bring me the medicine or let me inside I regretted wearing a leather jacket. I am sure the cops would think that was a sign I was doing something illegal.

Visiting Myself in the past

 I was on Google Earth again, looking at the house in Hawaii and missing Kelsey. I wished the photo was less blurry so I could see how old Kelsey was. I started clicking "zoom" and got closer and closer, and suddenly I noticed that the picture of me and my friend Sylvia was moving! I watched myself walk with Sylvia, and it was so clear it felt like I was there. I noticed that Hawaii Amber was a little chubby so I must have been there a little while already. I followed myself for a while, then with one more click on "zoom" I was suddenly there. I could feel the humidity in the air, smell the flowers on the trees. I was so excited! Then I noticed that Hawaii me was staring at modern me. I walked over and said to myself, "This is probably super weird for you. I am you. I'm from the future, I just got here through the computer somehow!" Hawaii Amber looked at me super shocked and said, "How old are you?"
Modern me replied, "25"
Hawaii Amber said, "Wow! This is crazy!"
Modern me: "I know! How long have you been here?"
Hawaii me: "Almost a year"
Modern me: "Wow. I miss it so much, but I dont know how long I'll be here before I go back so I want to tell you a few things." Hawaii Amber took a second and just nodded at me, staring at my face. I went on, "When you get offered a job for $1000 after Wendi has her next baby, dont take it. It is going to seem like a lot of money but if you take that job it will ruin some relationships that are more valuable. Trust me on this. Second, How is Jamie?"
Hawaii me: "He is great!"
Modern me: "He is. But you aren't going to marry him. I know it feels like you will and you love him, but you are going to move home and marry someone else. But be kind to Jamie. Be patient when he messes up. Treat him right and dont break his heart. Also, be a better example to him of someone who has the Gospel, make him love that so when you leave he doesnt blame the church." I was tempted to ask to see him so I could apologize for some things, but I didn't want to run out of time.
Hawaii me stood staring and said : "Do we have kids?"
Modern me: "I am expecting my third right now. We have two already." (I remember deciding not to tell myself that we would lose two babies.)
Hawaii me kept watching modern me and we started walking down the street on her original path. I looked around and said, "I know I can't really be here, this has to be some sort of dream, but this feels so real. I mean- I can feel the rocks on the ground!" I bent down and felt the street, I could feel the rocks and sand. "I can feel the leaves on this tree, and the warm air and the humidity! It's like this is real! This is the strangest thing! Oh- (turned to Hawaii me) you are going to have a feeling that you need to move home. You wont want to do it, but it's important that you do. You have to meet the man we marry. He is amazing and worth leaving all this."
We walked into my old employers house together. Bill and Wendi gasped when they saw two of me. I quickly said, "I know this is super weird. I'm from the future, somehow I made it back here. I dont know how long I'll have so I want to tell you some things. First, At some point I am going to get a one-week nanny offer for $1000. I will take it because I wont understand what is involved when you have a new baby. You will have just had a second baby and I will take the job thinking you wont need me. It will offend you. I am very sorry that I will take it. Please understand that I didn't know that you needed more help than ever and you needed to heal. I have been sorry that I offended you guys all these years. I am sorry." They nodded to me as they watched me.
Then I noticed Kelsey playing on the floor. My heart felt so full as I watched her. I went over and picked her up and she laughed. I ticked her and played with her for a while. Then I noticed Wendi was playing with a little girl too. I said, "Who is that?" and she said, "She's yours." We both kept playing with the little girls for a while. Then I started getting worried that since I gave myself advice to change the way I did things, that I would have changed my future.
I started to panic. I told them, "I have to go now. I have to get back so that I dont change too much and I can still have the life I live now. If I changed things and I dont find Lucas I wont be able to handle that. I have to marry him." They said they would help me get back. I told them I thought I had to go back through the washing machine.
We went to the washing machine and opened it up. I crawled ontop of it and said, "I think I have to go through here?" They shrugged and watched as I started to lower myself intot he machine but nothing happened. Then I got really scared that it was too late and that somehow I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't ever have married Lucas. I got out of the washing machine and said, "I have to run."
I said goodbye and then started running down the street. The pavement hurt my feet but I sprinted, desperate to get back to Lucas. I ran until suddenly I started floating in the air and some of the neighbors turned to stare.

Lacy socks and Chicken Puppies

I was walking around in a town center where I had never been before. I was going into lots of old shops, and found a tiny shop that sells fancy and funny socks. I asked the girl behind the counter if she had any knee high socks with lace on the top. She said that she did and walked me over to some socks. The ones she showed me weren't lacy, just ruffled. I mentioned that and she said, "well we have this.... " and held up a tiny lacy bikini. I told her that wasn't what I wanted, but thanks anyway. I left the shop and found a little modern strip mall. I started walking in to go shopping and there were two guys sitting against the wall at a small table. When I walked by they stopped talking and watched me. It made me a bit uncomfortable, so I decided to go into the close bathroom to get away from them. I noticed as I turned towards the bathroom that they got up and started following me. I made it into the bathroom and then the door re-opened and the guys walked in. I said, "Oh- sorry this is the girls restroom" they said, "we know" and one of them locked the door. I got scared and one of the guys started grabbing at me and I screamed. The smaller of the two got scared when I screamed and unlocked the door and ran out. The other guy was trying to force his way onto me and I kept fighting and pushing him away. He was trying to undo my pants and I noticed he was a guy I dated in Rexburg. I grabbed his shoulders and said, "Hey! You're married! Why are you doing this to me when you have an awesome wife at home? Stop this!"

Suddenly I appeared in Hawaii and was living with Bill and Wendi again. They had a chicken coop outside but it was really cold and there were a bunch of eggs that they wanted to hatch. I found an empty aquarium and some fake rocks that warm up when you plug them in and put the eggs inside on straw all between the rocks to keep them warm. In a minute the eggs started hatching and I saw little feathered chicks coming out. I went inside and told Bill and Wendi that the chicks were hatching so the rocks were working. When I went back outside and the chicks were all puppies. There were so many of them and they were all mixed and had beautiful coloring. I wanted one so bad. Bill and Wendi said we could have one. I asked them what it would cost to take a puppy off the island. They said "300" I looked at Lucas, and he said "Nope."

Denture time?

My teeth kept breaking today. As Lucas and I were hanging out my teeth would either break and leave a tiny jagged bit in my gums or my entire tooth would fall out. Three came out at one time and I couldn't believe it. I was so mad and before I knew it I only had about 4 teeth left and they were all on the right side. I was going to need dentures. Lucas told me he thought dentures might look okay. I was sure he was not understanding that this was a big deal to me. I held my teeth in my hand and kept running my tongue over the jagged pieces that were left.

Naked Space Mission

Lucas and I seemed to be in some space mission. We were traveling to all these weird planets and the people we were with were attacking all of the natural inhabitants and trying to study them. We didn't like it so we tried to go off on our own mission. We would jump through little portals and appear somewhere else. When I jumped through one I appeared on the other side butt naked. I was in some cinder-block building. I didn't care much that I was naked because it was just an alien place anyway. I started running to find another portal and I turned a corner and saw Darth Vader walking down the hallway, so I quickly turned around and ran to hide in a womens bathroom because I didn't want Darth Vader to see me and torture me naked. I sat on a toilet in a stall and lifted my feet up so if he came in the restroom to find me he wouldn't be able to. I left after a while and found Lucas and told him Darth Vader was there. He went into a classroom of people and gathered up clothes for me to wear and called them a "cape". Then we found a portal and jumped through it and there was a giant floating diamond shaped planet covered in trash and I started cleaning it.

Proxy Audition

Liz Chapman was trying out for a part in a play, but she could not be there to audition so I wanted to try out for her. I went to the auditions and when they called my name I went onstage and said, "I'm going to try out today so my friend Liz can get the leading role. You might know her. Her name is Liz." The director guy said, "Okay. What is her AAAUUUURRRAAAA?" I said, "Well she is really tiny and has short light brown/reddish hair. She has small hands. She is so so funny and smart and she makes you feel like you are good friends even if you dont know her." They thought about it and I auditioned and got of the stage. They said she got the part so I went and sat on some bleachers and a bunch of kids were singing songs. My Dad peeked out from behind a curtain and told me to come over to him. I told him I had to sit on the bleachers to wait for Liz to know she was the lead in the play.

Chased

Today a group of girls and I were at a party at their house. Then a group of men started trying to get into the house to attack us. We all kept trying to get away or hurt them so they wouldn't be able to hurt us. However, we were only ever able to stay like one step ahead. They started getting closer and closer, and I looked outside and saw that we could easily hop the fence and run through the neighbors yard to try and get away. I told the other girls and they agreed to come. One got caught by a man though so I took off and ran across the yard and jumped the fence. I was running fast and knew I was still being chased. I turned as much as possible to try and lose them. I found a birthday party that appeared to be half inside someones house and half in their yard so I ran through the people and balloons scattered everywhere. I went into the house and hid there, but the people were on my tail and came into the house. I ran as fast as I could. I kept hiding in random places and eventually I was sure I lost them. A cute boy with dark brown hair came and helped me out of a hiding place and pointed a direction for me to go. Unfortunately, when I was running I bumped into an escaped convict in his orange suit. Then I saw way more. They saw me and smiled and laughed really evil-style and I freaked out. I ran and ran to get away from them. I ran into the cops who were chasing them. One of the convicts almost got me, then the cute boy saw me and helped me up into a small stairwell. He kissed my hand. I thought that was odd. I climbed the stairs and it was oddly quiet. Then the girls from when this started were there and kept giggling and helped me up the stairs. They guided me up the stairs until they reached a long hallway. there were balloons everywhere. At the end of the hallway I saw an oversized piece of paper. It appeared to be credits of some kind with names of all the people I had seen that day. Then one of the girls pulled me away from the paper and we started climbing more stairs and she said "Isn't this exciting?! This is all from Kellen Thomas!" I was so shocked to hear his name. I said "Kellen.....?" I don't know why she said Thomas. Then I said, "That boy...the boy that kissed my hand. That was Kellen?" the girl nodded. I kept climbing the stairs to get to him. I wished Lucas was there.

Shopping

There were a bunch of people in my apartment (that looked nothing like my apartment) They kept rolling up my rug. One kid broke the springs in our couch so I had to fix them, I made up how to do it and was impressed with my handiness. Then Lucas and I went to a second hand furniture store. We looked everywhere for an entertainment center Lucas found one he liked but there wasn't room for our tv. I measured it with a tape measure, it was only 27 inches tall. I told him it wouldn't work but he was gone. Then we saw that I had reserved the entertainment center. I told Lucas I didn't remember doing that, but now it would only cost us 415 dollars. We seemed to think that was a good price. Then we saw a giant therapy couch and wanted to buy it as a guest bed.

Limo Dad

It was snowing in Colorado today. My dad was sitting in a Limo that Marc Merkling was driving. I tried to scare them but it didn't work. They just stared at me.

skydiving for charity

Everyone I knew was getting a chance to go skydiving for charity. If you did not want to donate it was free, but any donations went to charity. It was raining and I was terrified to go, so I didn't ever jump. Back on the ground there was a blonde kid following me and Sarah Turek around. He insulted Sarah and she stood with her head down in the sidewalk. I was so mad at him and started chasing him. I wanted to either scream at him for punch him for what he said. So I ran after him and when I was about to catch up to him he took a giant wad of money and threw it at me and said, "There you go! Alright?! I'm sorry!" I picked up the money and saw that it was about 400 dollars. I figured that was a decent apology. Then I went back to Sarah. A few minutes later the cops came to me and said I was being arrested for stealing 1400 dollars. I freaked out and told them that blonde kid had thrown a stack of 400 dollars at me, and now he was making up the other 1000 dollars! I ran back to a classroom where I thought he was and all the people I have ever known who were blonde were in there and I couldn't remember who did it. I started searching all my friends for the 1000 dollars, despite it being made up, and blaming them for framing me. They all looked very offended. I found one kid and pulled 60 dollars out of his coat but he said it was his money.

Poor Moose

Moose got run over by a car, but just barely. The car broke his front right leg and when he got up it fell off. I was so upset but Moose didn't seem to notice and just got up and ran around on three legs. I was so sad for him though.

Stinky Snow

A group of my family was standing on a snowy mountain peak. There was a really bad guy who had weird face paint, and he had a little friend who was like he servant or partner in crime. We were watching them and they got in a fight, then the main guy fell off the cliff. I watched him fall into the snow and slide down the steep slope really quickly. His friend was so loyal that he then jumped off the cliff and fell behind him. I didn't understand it. I thought for sure they were dead. I didn't see the friend again, but the main bad guy got up once he stopped falling and walked to a flat spot and pulled out a ball that I thought was a bomb and a lighter. Then he lit the ball and fire shot into the air and I was sure we were going to die. Then the fire turned into smoke and it smelled horrible. Everyone in my family in the top of the hill started covering their mouths and yelling "NOOOO! It's a stink bomb! Run!"

Missed the hike

We were on a trip with Tim and Janessa. We went hiking in an area that looked like Moab, Utah. We were in a big tour bus with lots of people. When the bus parked everyone started hiking up the hill, but I realized I was holding a big wooden sign that said "Merry Christmas". As everyone else left to hike to the top of the cliff, I ran back to the bus to try and put the sign back on it. I was going as fast as I could but for some reason it was taking forever and I knew I would never catch up to the hikers. Finally I put the sign on the bus and ran out to meet people but I saw Tim and Janessa and the group coming back down. I said to someone I saw, "Dang it! I wanted to hike to the top too!" and he said, "Well...Tim wondered why you didn't come. He said,'It's like cats vs dogs, eh?'" I realized that that meant Tim and Janessa thought I just wasn't the hiking type and I was so mad.

Publicly having Kellen

I gave birth to Kellen. Something went wrong because I had extensive surgery and I had a big blue vein running up one of my legs, across my belly, and to my heart. Kellen made it though. He had a very round face and dark hair, which was weird. He didn't look like Kellen. The nurse decided to show everyone my birthing video. She brought it out and I was completely naked and sprawled out having a baby in front of a bunch of people I didn't know. I felt totally exposed and embarrassed and I would run to the men in the room and say "Don't watch this! Dont watch! You don't have to see this!"

Rubber ducky targets.

Every day I am chased by someone and have to hide.

Today I was at what seemed like a community barbecue. There was a group of men who were being mean to everyone and they were handing little rubber ducks to people. In order to avoid having the group be mean to them there were some teens who started acting like them and following them around. I grabbed the shoulder of a kid with frosted tips and said, "I bed you feel SO cool acting like those jerks, don't you!" He shrugged me off.
I realized that the leader of the mean men was planning on killing everyone he gave a rubber ducky to. I had one. Some friends of mine had one. I told them to get rid of it and they wouldn't so I grabbed it and put it in my shirt to hide it. The mean man saw me and grabbed me. He carried me over to a hole in my parents back porch that was really deep. He planned to throw me into it.
I started yelling and screaming at him. I spread my legs and arms out so they couldn't put me in the hole. Then the guy picked up Lucas' scriptures. He started flipping through them mocking them. I was so offended and said, "Get your dirty, scummy hands out of my husbands scriptures! You're going to regret that!" Then I grabbed the scriptures and ran as fast as I could. They tried to chase me and were right on my tail then I ended up on a staircase and found Lucas.
I hugged him tight and said we needed to go. I felt safe now that we were together. We ran outside and there was a limo. Lucas went to automatic unlock it with his keys and I told him not to because it could blow up. We stepped back and he unlocked it and nothing happened so we got in the limo.

Kelsey is getting older

Lucas and I went to Hawaii. While we were there we decided to go see the Kominek family, who I used to nanny for. Kelsey was in Kindergarten and I was so excited to see her. We talked and I hugged Kelsey, and asked if she remembered me. She just looked at my face and shook her head. I was crushed but said, "It's okay Kels. You were just a baby when I watched you. It is hard to remember me." Then we talked to Bill and Wendi for a while and I just watched Kelsey. It was great to see her but I was sad that she didn't remember me.

Lucas cheats

Lucas cheated on me. I was completely broken. I asked if he slept with another woman and he said yes and I wanted to throw up.

Baby in trouble

We had our baby. I knew it was a boy but I kept seeing a girl and calling him a her. He was in trouble and started to throw up blood. I was terrified and we took him to the hospital. They said he might now make it and kept him on machines. I left and went to someones house where they were holding a healthy baby and it seemed a million miles away. I had a feeling I needed to go to the hospital again and I ran there and found my baby and kept saying, "I can save her. Let me hold her! Let me hold her!"
